Can you shampoo the carpets?
Yes. Carpet Shampooing is an optional upgrade, priced with a custom quote based on your carpets.
Does the home need to be empty?
Not necessarily. The more accessible the surfaces are, the more thoroughly we can clean them, so tell us about anything that will still be in the home when you request your estimate.
Do I need to be there during the cleaning?
No. You can provide a door code, key, lockbox access, or another approved method of entry. Please make sure our team can safely get into the property at the scheduled time. Access information is kept private and used only for the service.
What happens if the team cannot get in?
The appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service amount. That applies if our team is unable to access the property when they arrive.
Will I be charged more if the property needs extra work?
Not without your approval. You are never charged for additional work without your knowledge. If the property is significantly different from what was described, we talk with you first.
Can you clean on a weekend?
Weekend appointments may be available on request. Share your move date when you request your estimate and we will let you know what is possible.
